With a 26 cm active gel width, it offers a large gel area for resolving large IEF strips. Together with the IEF system, this provides a complete package for 2-dimensional electrophoresis. The unit utilizes omniPAGE advanced design features to ensure ease of use with high-resolution separations.

Quick-setup cooling preserves resolution during long separation processes and also saves buffer volume without compromising working quality. Four gels can be resolved per run. A wide range of accessories is available to facilitate easy transition between 2-dimensional and standard vertical electrophoresis techniques. In particular, different 2-dimensional comb types offer extensive versatility in sample selection and gel setup.
